My name Muhammad Amirul I was a head boy, at first I thought I had the most  suitable team to handle the whole school students, we doing everything great we managed to put our school as the best disciplined student among of boarding school, but one day something bad happen when everything going wrong. Most of the lowest members of organization start to provoke the whole organization system in reason the top level board not doing their job. Day after day the organization getting worst one by one left the organization and the new one who replacing them are not same. My organization getting weaked until one day I found out that there's some one who behind all of this messed. That guy was uneasy with me and he paid my one of my exco to poisoned the others but everything too late and I already lost everythings my position also being replaced with someone new that school thinked can do much better than me. From that moment Im realized that A powerful organization crumbles from within, once dissensions occur in team.
